What to do if you do not wish to keep your purchase?

Everything is, of course, explained in the Terms & Conditions section, but to cut the long story short, please:

• pack your unused swimsuit, jammers or accessories into the original box
• all labels and protection stickers have to be undetached
• let us know by e-mail that you wish to return your order or a part of it – you have 14 days to do so
• find an example of such an e-mail below and send it to hello@starfishpro.eu :

I hereby inform about my withdrawal from the contract of sale of the following items – …

• Order number
• Date of receiving the order
• Name and surname of the consumer
• Consumer’s address
• Date & Signature

After we receive the items you had decided to return, we inspect them against any possible damage and if there is none, we send the money back to you.

How to send the items?

The cost of the return is the customer’s cost.
